The survey of 24 Go players indicated that:

The number of respondents who had attended 0,1,2,3,4,5 or 6+ workshops was 10,2,3,4,1,1 and 2 respectively.
The number of respondents who would go to workshops in Portland, Salem, Corvallis or Eugene was 24, 12, 10 and 9 respectively.
Charging $100 for the workshop would bring in the greatest amount of money from the people who said they would attend if the price charged was equal to or less than the maximum they were willing to pay. Based on these results, the expected amount of money that would be collected from 10 people would be $0, $521, $591, $793, and $521, $260 when the amount charged for the workshop was $0, $80, $100, $120 or $150. Note, that the survey is flawed by the fact that the 13 online takers of the survey did not have the option of saying they not pay any money to attend the workshop.
The number of respondents would be willing to attend 0, 1 or 2 workshops in a given year was 2, 14 and 8 respectively. Online survey takers did not have the option of taking 0 workshops per year.
There was no consistent theme to the topics the respondents would like to see at a workshop or to suggestions as to what would make them more likely to attend the workshop.
