[Computer-go] June KGS bot tournament: 9x9

I'd forgotten about the plan to have two divisions. Thank you for reminding
me.

Yes, there will be two divisions, as specified at
http://www.weddslist.com/kgs/rules.html .

I must edit that page to remove the mention of "McMahon".  But there will
be two divisions.
