Current shogi programs don't use any Monte Carlo. Top shogi program
 rating is around 3100. Best MC shogi program is around 1800. So there
 is a big difference. MC shogi uses Elo rating in move selection.
 Its playout is humanlike. But in the actual game, it often loses
 pawn in opening meaninglessly, and loses a game.
