[Computer-go] Handicap-29 Website is up now

mfgo1998 is set up now to put the 29 handicap stones in exactly the same place every time, to reproduce the conditions of Martin's game.  The random option will prevent it from making the same moves.

Do you want me to change it so it generates a different setup each time?
