It is called "Beli Cup". It has competitions in 19x19 Go, 9x9 Go, and many
other types of board games. Lingo won both type of Go competition. Like
others already pointed out, "illusory image Chinese chess" = Phantom Go.
Google or Bing translation is very readable.
