[Computer-go] CGOS Dropped Connections - Two automatic losses on time.

I thought people were against booting if you loose on time.  And I
agree.  Just because it was a long game and you walked the edge
between losing outright, losing on time, winning outright and winning
on time, it doesn't mean something is wrong.
