The last time the topic of time came up, it was generally agreed that it
is up to the bot to manage its own time, and that absolute time was used
to make scheduling easier.  Leela lost because it mismanaged its time.

I hope you reconsider your position on "probabation" and assigning wins
arbitrarily when nothing out-of-bounds has happened.
