[computer-go] February KGS bot tournament

Registration is now open for this Sunday's bot tournament.  This will 
use small boards, 13x13 for the Formal division and 9x9 for the Open. It 
will start at 08:00 GMT, and take place in the Asian evening, European 
day, and American night.

Note that the time limits will be somewhat faster than those listed 
until today at http://www.weddslist.com/kgs/future.html
Other aspects of these tournaments (though not their dates) have also 
changed.
