UCP is one-way, TCP requires a response for each

Yes, the server sends out the move and starts your clock immediately.
You need 1 ping time to see the move and start calculating. After you

move, there's an additional ping time to get the move to CGOS.
Ping times are round trip.  I believe it should be 1/2 ping time to see the move and start calculating, and an additional 1/2 ping time to get the move to CGOS.
