"errors" is probably not the best word to use for what Don is
describing, since it can be confused with imperfect play.  Of course
imperfect play is a common occurrence at any point in the game, not just
during playout.

What Don means is that the game is decided by the skill of the players,
and not arbitration by some 3rd party.  Not only is this practical to
run an automated server, it is true to the spirit of the game.
