[computer-go] 13x13 scalability study

The 13x13 scalability study has begun.   

I will be contacting several of the volunteers who agreed to help out
shortly, now that we have fleshed out some bugs and problems, and of
course if anyone else wants to help let me know.   Prerequisites:

    1. Modern 32 bit x86 linux
        OR
    2. Modern 64 bit x86 linux

Probably best if you have at least 1 gig of memory but it runs in half that.
