Hi Don,
I just know your reply is going to make me slap my head and go, "of
course", but I've been puzzling over this for 2 days, so here goes...

You just want to calculate the elo rating as if the only valid games in
the study are between gnugo and mogo? And you've saved all the results
from the big study? So, you don't need a fresh study, you just need to
copy just those games out of the big study and recalculate the ratings.
