[computer-go] CGOS 19 down *think*

Our top priority will be to fix the code.     A watchdog process could
probably be hacked up meantime - I will give it some consideration.    
The application doesn't crash - it just hangs so I would have to detect
a period of time where there is no activity to deal with this.
