[computer-go] CGOS archive 9x9

All the archives, from both 9x9 servers are downloadable now.

Please note that I'm only putting the old archives in tar.bz2 format -
not windows friendly but I know that some windows utilities can still
read this. zip files do not compress very well but bzip2 does.

Also note that you can unzip these all inside a common directory
structure and they will not overwrite each other.

However, the old 2007-04 archives and the new 2007-04 archive
overlap. This will still not overwrite data since the game numbers
are very high on the old archive and very low on the new archive - but
if you want separation for any reason you should make a note of this.
A simple solution is to unzip/untar them to a different place if this
is problem for you.
