[computer-go] KGS: kgs-chat GTP command in games

  Hi,

  is anyone successfully using the kgs-chat GTP command in games?
I cannot get kgsGtp to send me the command when I make a comment inside
a game (as the bot's opponent). I receive the command when
I private-message the bot. Is there a special trick I need to do to
enable this inside games as well?

  I have tried with 3.0.13 and 3.0.20.

  BTW, the in-game kgs-chat semantics is somewhat unclear. Specifically,
how can I make my bot *ignore* some messages? Or does the part about
sending talk string when I return error apply only to private messages?
