Thanks a lot! I was too busy working on my parallel code, that I neglected 
to look at lost games. 
I copied the RESIGN code from an older version (pre-UCT) that used
a different sign-convention. The effect is that now the program
resigns as WHITE when all simulations are won (not lost :-(
