After going through the networths of the Fortune 500, a few million dollars isn't really that much. Let's assume Warren Buffet is an avid Go player. He won't loose sleep over a few million dollars. Instead, he would loose sleep over the fact that just because a lousy few million dollars, an important milestone of human intellegence is not achieved.
I think that a Go processor will have its special instructions and data structures. For example, the data length maybe 361 bits long. Or may be there two or three different data bus. There could be instructions that calculate stone group properties in one operation (instead of handreds or even thousands). There maybe instructions to handle alpha-beta search book keepings. Also instruction for pattern matchings, etc.

Everyone knows that it was only a theoretical discussion.
