[computer-go] Go hardware?

 FGA has it's limitations on speed and size. Paralell has it's practical limitations. The best approach is a Go playing processor. It doesn't exist now, but I'm sure there will be one some day. To make the day coming just a little earlier let's compile a list of what an instruction set and and the I/O structure of such a Go playing processor should have.
