[computer-go] cgosviewer and 19x19

Joshua,

It may also depend on what version of cgosview you have.  Sorry about
the confusion.

If you have the latest version, I think the syntax is different:

  cgosview -port 6819  should work.

 or 

  cgosview -server cgos.boardspace.net   -port 6819


Since the default server is cogs.boardspace.net you don't have to
explicitly name the server.

I think the latest version of cgosview is slightly improved in other
ways too, but nothing very major.
