[computer-go] cgosviewer and 19x19

If you use the latest version of the viewer,  you can pass 2 arguments
to the cogsview script:

   cgosview servername  port

So you need something like:

  cgosview cgos.boardspace.net 6819 

  to view games.

It works as is for the 9x9 server because the server and port are "hard
coded" into the program.

Remember, the port for 19x19 games is 6819
