[computer-go] "pre" gpl library announcement

I created the project "javago" in SourceForge.

I uploaded a bunch of base game classes, gtp, sgf,
gametrees, etc. And a full set of tests (around 200
tests right now).

The most interesting thing, the MC stuff is still not
uploaded.  :-D  (neither data mining stuff, KGS bots,
etc).

Fell free to look at it, but please, give a second
change to the first release. I guest it will be
available in a few days.
