[computer-go] Parallelism and Intel

Interesting; I've not got as far as looking at code yet, but a couple of
things caught my attention. First this used to be a commercial product
and they've switched to open source; so it is already established, and
even has an O'Reilly book. Second it is "GPL2 with runtime exception"
meaning (*) you can use it in commercial (or BSD/MIT open source)
projects without having to switch your project to GPL.
