[computer-go] trouble with cgos

The appears to be a bug with CGOS,  please bare with me - I won't get to
look at it until Sunday night or Monday.

I think it's caused when a program disconnects,  but then logs back on
AFTER it has run out of time but BEFORE the next round begins.   Or
something like that.

Unfortunately, my weekend is super busy but I when I'm available I will
try to keep it going with restarts until I can fix it.

If anyone has any experiences with conditions that seem to cause a
problem, let me know - it could be an important clue to help me pinpoint
the problem.
