New version of libEGO is available at :
http://www.mimuw.edu.pl/~lew/hg/libego/
The main improvements are:
- experiment.cpp file introduced which can now display ALL-AS-FIRST
move values through GoGui
  (just connect libEGO to GoGui)

- new "+" option for benchmark GTP command (i.e. "benchmark 100000 +")
  for displaying probabilities that vertex will be black after the playout.

- Big readability improvement in playout.cpp: Playout policy is now
separated from
  playout loop. It's easy now to change the playout policy.

- mercy rule turned off by default (20% drop in performance) (config.cpp)

- new convinient board.play introduced

- many small improvements
