[computer-go] GTP back to basics.

If you download cgos3.tcl,  the code made it pretty clear which commands
are used.

Here is what I see:

    list_commands
    boardsize
    clear_board
    play
    genmove
    quit
 
    optional are:
    time_settings
    time_left
