[computer-go] Perudo

Perudo is a simple multi-player game involving dice and bluffing.  There 
is a description at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dudo

Some friends have written an online Perudo server and a few Perudo bots. 
If there is any interest here, I will try and get them to make the 
server a bit more reliable, create a web page describing the protocol, 
and give the details.
