Yes, I was talking about the range where most of the (amateur)
GO player are, say between 9kyu and 5 dan.
What increases (decreases) towards weaker (stronger) players is
the standard deviation, not so much the winning likelyhood of
a player of rank=X vs. rank=X+2.
