[computer-go] Computer tournament at next US Go Congress?

I may have to revise my statement a bit.  It costs $250 to attend... that's
a lot more than I'd spend to drive 10 minutes and say hi to a bunch of
people and leave...  I don't plan on competing but might be interested in
services such as lessons.  Would I qualify as a non-player because I'm not
playing in the tournament?
