[computer-go] CGOS 5 minute server

The NEW and improved CGOS server is up and running.  

You will need to get  fresh client software and may
want to delete the old clients which will not work
any longer.    

The protocol has not changed, so your old clients
would actually work if you modify the scripts.  At
some point I will make this configurable - especially
since it seems likely we will be running servers
for other board sizes (the same clients will work
for both playing and veiwing other than the connection
information.) 

Here is the new location to get what you need to
get started:

There may be a few glitches along the way but I
will work to get them fixed as we go.
