Chrilly, you are correct, but what about the following idea:

I have read on this mailing list some efforts to combine some programming
to create some "open source" stuff, but:
Isn't this a great opportunity for a combined effort of the 
single-programmers
to create this extra stuff for regular users as a sort of common site, which 
only
will be available for each regular user of one of the programs?
Is this doable or impractical?
Thoughs anyone?
