I know that it says that, but I don't know WHAT PART is out of date :-)

That's weired. I had 2 programs (1 slow, 1 fast) running the other
night and they both played (almost) the same number of games (70 vs 75).
Anyway, I think doing 'rounds' is a good idea.
About the supposed lack of games of certain programs (say 'A' and 'B')
against each other. There is also a simple explanation:
Time-of-play. Many of the programs are NOT playing 24/7.
