Is it really so big difference?
I think it is important to see the reasons of the rating.

Why meaningless? Because of unstable rating of those short timed opponents?
But as You say they have little impact on those experienced ones.
So maybe Just remove only those games that have a small impact on rating?
That would achieve both goals: limiting page size and giving only
rating-affecting games.
But anyway as a quick test I propose to change 10 to 2.

Please don't overdo it.
For instance I believe that online view for games is not needed at
all. It's only a gadget.
For computer Go researchers most important are information why Bot loses (bugs)
and with whom. And fast access to the games of particular bot.
That is enough. Am I right?
