[computer-go] Who knows about a quality game collection in SGF

Hi.

This has certainly been asked before, but not lately. Does someone know 
where
to find a quality 19x19 game collection? Something usable for automated 
learning.
I'd rather prefer a big collection than a small 
super-pro-best-games-ever one.
Player level info should be accurate to filter weak players if its not a 
collection
of games played by shodan players. At best, played seriously (in 
tournaments).
