[computer-go] Project move

Since I had too many problems at JavaForge I moved it to java.net and
the project's description to Sensei's pages:

The project is here: https://tesujigoframework.dev.java.net/

It requires you to subscribe if you want to access it. It doesn't have
as many cool built-in features as JavaForge but it seems more stable.
