In my opinion, keeping the same entry to test another program is not so good. 
First it will take a long time to converge, but it also changes all the other 
program ratings (because they loose against a bad rated bot). Futhermore, the 
cross table are no meaningful. So the consequences are not only for your bot, 
but also all the other bots.
Always using another name seems to me a better solution, even if it implies a 
lot of entries (like the one for MoGo :-( ). But the non used entries are not 
displayed after a while.
