So is any progress on standardizing GTP likely?
It would be effective to integrate KGS and some of Gogui extensions.

What do You think about possibility for engine to ask server for legal moves?
Or equivalently to allow to recover from illegal move returned by
engine after "genmove" command.

This would dramatically simplify process of developing a very simple
bots, effectively attracting more people to computer Go.
