[computer-go] September KGS online Go Tournament

Reminder - it's tomorrow.

This event is to be played on full boards, with almost an hour each, as 
in "real" computer Go events.

I shall be away for the next twelve hours or so after posting this, so 
don't expect an immediate response to your registration.
