The October 2006 KGS computer Go tournament will be on Sunday week, 
October 8th, in the Asian morning, European evening, and American
night,
starting at 09:00 UTC and ending at about 12:20 UTC.

The Formal division will use 9x9 boards with 8 minutes sudden death, 
Chinese rules, and 7.5 points komi.  The Open division will use 13x13 
boards with 13 minutes sudden death, Chinese rules, and 7.5 points
komi.
