igo won again, by 9-0 (wow!). Correct me if I am wrong. Is this the program
accused of plagiarism of Handtalk, an MS/DOS program created by Chen 
Zhixing?

Does anyone know where to find this program or evaluate its level playing on
KGS or another server? How strong is it?
