[computer-go] Pay-as-you-go cluster?

Don Daily and I have discussed investigating MC scaling on my 72 node  
cluster.
We are running some MC physics simulations now, and I expect that the  
cluster
will be available within the month.

I agree that it most sensibly would be a research project, and that a  
few months
work would be needed to get things into a state that a "rented"  
cluster could easily
be set up for a tournament.
