[computer-go] June KGS online Go Tournament

The fifteenth KGS computer Go tournament will be on Sunday June 4th, in 
the European morning, American night, and Asian evening.

Both divisions will be on 19x19 boards, with fast time limits, 18 
minutes each sudden death.  There are details at
