There is also Ogo - which is not a good name because it's hard to
search on.   It's commercial but it plays 9x9 far better than the
other palm programs.    Ogo on it's highest 9x9 level plays almost
exactly like AnchorMan on CGOS.  

It may be better on 19x19 too, but this has never been tested.
It has 9x9, 13x13 and 19x19 boards and 5 levels.   The highest
level isn't all that practical on a non-arm based palm device,
such as any of the older palms - but it still plays relatively 
quickly on any new machine.   It's very pleasant and reasonable
on a T3 tungsten.
