[computer-go] Computer Olympiad: The Chinese Go rules are used!

The Chinese Go rules are used. (area scoring, no superko, suicide is illegal, komi of 6.5).
Since publicly available English translations of the official Chinese rules are slightly ambiguous (which in practice only matters in extremely rare cases), there may be some uncertainty among the participants on how these rules will be interpreted at the Olympiad. Therefore, we are currently working on a precise rules text that will explain the official Chinese rules to the best of our knowledge, which will be published soon at www.cs.unimaas.nl/olympiad2006.
