[computer-go] July KGS online Go Tournament

The sixteenth KGS computer Go tournament will be this Sunday, June 4th, 
in the European evening, American morning, and Asian night, starting at 
16:00 UTC and ending at about 20:00 UTC.

The formal division will use 9x9 boards with 13 minutes sudden death; 
the open division, 13x13 with 18 minutes sudden death.  There are
