[computer-go] KGS online Go Tournaments: two suggestions

I do not see the point in a game that will take a year to play.

I have never checked out what SlugGo would do with time limits like 1  
minute for 9x9 or 5 minutes for 19x19. If it came up in a forum where  
we can play I am willing to try ... to the extent that the rules  
allow given that we are derived from GNU Go.
