[computer-go] June KGS online Go Tournament

I have been told to expect the power to our cluster to be disconnected
on Sunday due to a major highway project taking place in Santa Cruz.
While they are talking about a "switch over" to a different source, last
week on the trial run half the campus, our power included, went down.
Right now we are planning to shut the cluster down in advance.

So, I think SlugGo will have to sit this one out.
