Here, at last, is the message I have been trying to post here for a 
while.  The word in the final sentence with no vowels is in rot13.  If I 
post with that word spelled in the normal way, my posting does not reach 
the recipients of this list.



Last year, a Computer Go event was held as part of the European Go
Congress, in Prague.  Disappointingly, it attracted only three entrants.

This year's European Go Congress has already started in Frascati, near
Rome.  There are no plans for a Computer Go event in it.

Next year, the European Go Congress is to be held in Villach in Austria.
They have decided, in view of the disappointing entry in Prague, not to
have a Computer Go event.

In 2008, the European Go Congress will be held in Leksand in Sweden,
about 150 km north-west from Stockholm.  It _will_ include a computer Go
event.  I would like to encourage people to attend it - I know of a
number of Swedish, Norwegian, and Finnish Go programmers who have yet to
attend a real-world Computer Go tournament, so I am hopeful.  A
real-life computer Go event is an excellent opportunity to meet your
fellow programmers, fbpvnyvfr with them, and discuss their programming
techniques.
