[computer-go] August KGS online Go Tournament

The seventeenth KGS computer Go tournament will be this Sunday, August 
6th, in the European morning, Asian evening, and American night, 
starting at 8:00 UTC and ending at about 14:00 UTC.

The formal division will use 13x13 boards with 43 minutes sudden death; 
the open division, 9x9 with 28 minutes sudden death.  There are details
