It is an amusing idea, but I think the fact that this account is
a 'registered user' rather than a 'ranked robot' is good evidence
that it was a person playing.  If not then the bot either has an
extremely patient operator, or someone has hacked the kgs protocol.

Also, to me the name 'GoBot' suggests that it is a spoof rather
than a bot.  That name for a bot would be too undistinctive.
