Boardspace is running version 1.1.17.   I haven't made the
effort to update it because it seems to be unused.

Boardspace is also hosting the cgos.boardspace.net, a very
active server for 9x9 go between computer programs.  You
might look into the protocols used there.

A meta-question:  What are you actually trying to do?  The world doesn't
really need another general purpose interface to nngs.
